I knew it! At around the 12:00 min market he mentions them metering the water on private water/wells/irrigation. This is exactly what Whatcom County, WA is currently attempting to do. They sent out lawyers and the DOE packing PowerPoints telling folks around here if they don’t register their wells they’ll loose their rights to it. I’m still trying to get info gathered. They are now instructing real estate agents on it. They are swarming.
